Hero Legends [UPDATE!] Tier List

Editorial ranks for city PVP, robbery pressure, and cash efficiency. Not an official tier list. Invisibility is intentionally off this board because its value is route safety, not duel damage.

How the letters were assigned

S through C follow community city-play rankings for open-world fights and objective pressure. B+ and A+ notes were folded into A or B because this board only uses S, A, B, C, and D. Magic Blast is D because guides tell new players to skip it. Clone value is patch-volatile and sits at C. Prices and the 525 health example are showcase citations.

What this board does not decide

It does not rank the hero shield, and it does not claim a best power for Thragg. Damage-over-time climbs for that boss. Re-read patch notes after Spider, Doom, or clone changes before you copy a letter.

S tier

powersNanoTechIron Man-style suit. Showcases cite about 2,000,000 cash, all three power slots, missiles, lasers, rockets, repulsors, plasma cannons, and an example health pool around 525. M1 pressure can break blocks after a committed string.

Player decision Buy after slots and a stable robbery income. It is the late generalist, not a day-one purchase, and you lose hybrid splash including Invisibility.

powersGravityPull, crush, and black hole. Strong in team fights, courier yanks, and corner locks. Less instant health deletion than NanoTech plasma.

Player decision Best as a captain with a damage partner. Solo Gravity still functions if you have a follow-up.

powersDoomHeadline combat power that some rankings keep at the top and others argue about after events. A Doom event cycle ended. A September 2026 creator argued it needs a nerf. That opinion is not a confirmed patch.

Player decision Duel-check the current build before you spend the bankroll. Do not buy it the day an event banner disappears without a fight test.

A tier

powersSuper StrengthBlock-breaking melee foundation. Health was nerfed relative to older peaks. Pairs with Martial Arts. A V2-era prison showcase said this power could still function inside jail when most powers could not. Later prison notes do not repeat that.

Player decision Strong hero starter and melee lab partner. Do not hold the enemy's turn without blocking yourself.

powersSuper SpeedMap control, robbery exits, and engage timing. Rarely the highest burst. The same V2 prison showcase grouped it with Super Strength as a power that could still work in jail.

Player decision Excellent second buy for couriers who already own Invisibility, and a fair hero starter.

powersPyrokinesisMid-game damage with strong Thragg value because of ticks. Also cited as a door-break helper at Military Base. Pure burst PVP can trail NanoTech.

Player decision Cash-efficient fighter while you save, and a priority bring for the boss.

powersMartial ArtsMelee mix-up kit that pairs with Super Strength. Also reported on Thragg's reward table. V4 notes group it with kits that must re-lab M1.

Player decision Take the Thragg roll if it drops, or buy it for interior brawls. Avoid giving NanoTech a long open street.

B tier

powersFlightBest traversal for vertical maps, ship camps, and hero rotates. Weaker if it is your entire grounded duel plan. Also a reported Thragg drop.

Player decision Buy for routes and rotates. Pair it with damage if the slot plan allows. Grinding-only videos have said Flight alone can carry passive cash once you own it.

powersNovaCharged blast showcased around 250,000 cash. Full charge is described as near-lethal and able to break block, with a windup around 6 to 7 seconds.

Player decision Finisher for players who already position. Poor first damage buy compared with Acid.

powersAcidDamage-over-time spray showcased around 150,000 cash. Strong on long fights and Thragg. Shorter street duels still need a plan beyond ticks.

Player decision Honest mid-cash damage buy and a Thragg stack piece.

powersSpiderPost-rework swing and a wider web shot. Value is city mobility. Open fields punish it. Pre-rework rankings do not apply.

Player decision Re-test in dense blocks. Do not rebuild the whole account around it if cash is the goal.

powersQuick StepCheap reposition showcased around 75,000 cash. Bridges the gap until Super Speed or Flight.

Player decision Buy when movement is the hole in the kit. Replace the slot later if you need damage.

powersPoison GasGrouped with Acid as a tick kit that shines on long fights and Thragg, and trails in short duels without a plan.

Player decision Bring it to the boss. Do not expect it to replace block fundamentals in a short street fight.

powersConjureSpecialty kit placed in the broad B band. Robbery notes mention it as a door-break helper beside Pyrokinesis.

Player decision Useful if your failure is the Military Base door. Not documented as a top duel identity.

powersElectrokinesisElemental specialty grouped with Cryokinesis, Aerokinesis, Nova, Light, and Conjure in the B band. Reward comes from confirms, not projectile spam.

powersRegenerationPassive healing without pressure loses races, robberies, and Thragg time. A secondary idea can be fine. Early mainlining is slow.

Player decision Do not buy it before an offense or a stealth tool.

D tier

powersMagic BlastThe common beginner trap. It does not solve stealth, block breaks, turrets, or the NanoTech save.

Player decision Do not buy it with the starter cash. Put that cash into Invisibility or a real A-tier fighter.

Why is Invisibility missing?

Guides treat it as the day-one robbery tool, not as a duel finisher. Buying it is still the right first robbery purchase.
