Showcase prices
V2-era showcases cited Nova around 250,000 cash, Acid around 150,000, and Quick Step around 75,000. Confirm the live shop or the spin result. The later obtain system can change how you pay even when the old price tags are still discussed.
Nova
A charged blast. Showcases call a full charge near-lethal and say it can break block. The windup is often cited around 6 to 7 seconds, so it is easy to dodge or punish. It is scarier in the sky with Flight, and the expanded V4 map punishes unsafe charge angles.
Buy it when you already land M1 strings and want a finisher. Skip it if you still whiff the basics in PVP.
Acid
A damage-over-time spray for longer fights, contested objectives, and Thragg. It was the cheaper of the two damage buys in those original showcases. It does less instant work than a NanoTech laser, and it wants uptime rather than panic M1.
Acid is usually the better first damage buy if you are mid-cash and you actually take fights. Pure Invisibility couriers can skip it.
Quick Step
The budget reposition. It closes a gap or breaks line of sight without a full Super Speed purchase. It is not a win condition, and it is outclassed once you own Super Speed or Flight and need a damage slot instead.
