Choose hero or villain for the session. Villains rob Jewelry, the Bank, the Hero Vault, the Cargo ship, and the Military Base, then sell before bounty catches them. Heroes read the tower signal and arrest downed villains. Spend cash on Invisibility or a real combat power, not Magic Blast. NanoTech is the expensive late suit and it takes every power slot. There is no verified public code list, so progression is the route, not a promo string.
